Casa Julia was built in 1905 as the residence of Miguel Moncho Mora and completely refurbished in 2006 by the Reig-Llobell family as a private hotel and restaurant.

Two tall palm trees shade the entrance to the Hotel. The central atrium welcomes you into the elegance of Spain of yesteryear with it´s classical and antique decor. From here there is access to the modern restaurant and a private salon as well as the bedrooms.Each of the eight en-suite bedrooms have been decorated with care to ensure tranquility and rest. Outside there is a terrace where drinks and food is served.b Parking is available.

The Reig–Llobell family have lived in Parcent for several generations and have been restauranters for decades. Ismael is the former President of the Alicante Association of Someliers and produces his own wine. Vicenta is a renown chef  famous for her traditional dishes. Their children, Ismael and Virginia, are graduates  in cooking; they are the future of the development the CASA JULIA.
